Fees and Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for any restocking and/or reconditioning fees and all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: Only non-customized items in unworn, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging may be eligible for partial store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our team.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom engraved or personalized merchandise, custom-made rings, grills, and/or any special and custom designed items are strictly non-refundable. Similarly, special or limited release items are also excluded from returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [dndluxejewelers@gmail.com] to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Shipping the Item: Please pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund or exchange.
